Great news for First Home buyers!
Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the Government’s Home Guarantee Scheme would reissue up to 4,651 unused guarantees for first home buyers from the 2020-21 financial year. This will enable first home buyers and single parent families get into their ow home sooner with a deposit of as little as 5% or 2% respectively. The scheme will mean the client will save thousands of dollars in mortgage insurance. The scheme has had a great take up in the past with many of clients using the scheme to enter property market.
