Dave is one of the directors/founders of Central Lending Solutions. Dave has been a finance broker for over 20 years assisting thousands of clients with their goal of home ownership. A member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) a fully Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC), he has a passion for all things property and finance. Dave has won numerous industry awards including 3 Years in a row, making Australia’s Top 100 Mortgage Broking list as compiled by Mortgage Professionals Australia (MPA), is the 2021 AFG broker of the years and has settled more than $700 million in loans. So whether you are looking at buying or building your first home, upgrading to a bigger family home, purchasing an investment property or undertaking a development, Dave can find the right loan products to suit.
Aoife has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She first started her career in Financial planning in Ireland. In 2009 she immigrated to Australia with her husband and took up a senior broker support role at another brokerage. Aoife then took time off to have her children. After completing her studies part time she is now a fully accredited mortgage broker. She joins Central Lending Solutions with a wealth experience and is looking forward to entering the next stage of her career. Away from work Aoife loves spending time with husband and 3 children, she is an active member of the Perth Irish community. Aoife won the Bankwest best newcomer award for the financial year 2020/2021.
Harj is the one of the director/founders of Central Lendings Solutions. He has been a finance broker for over 10 years, and has assisted hundreds of clients with their home/investment purchases. Harj has settled over $500 million in loans. Away from work Harj enjoys spending time with his family, and follows the Hawthorn Football Club.
Melinda joined Central Lending Solutions with over twenty five years experience in the Finance Industry in both West Australia and Queensland.
Melinda’s extensive experience with lending and compliance ensures our clients are in the best hands to meet their financial goals.
Melinda enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of the office and loves to travel.
Lizzie joined Central Lending Solutions with 20 years experience in the Finance Industry with a strong background in Construction Finance. Lizzie has a real passion for assisting clients with their home ownership and wealth creation goals, together with a strong eye for detail, and steadfast commitment to abide by lending and compliance guidelines.
Outside of CLS Liz enjoys keeping up with her kids and spending time with her husband.
Keeley joined Central Lending Solutions as a broker support officer. After a few succesful years in that role he has taken the next step and has progressed to being a fully accrediated mortgage broker. He has completed his Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and is currently completing his Diploma. After graduating from Trinity College, Keeley travelled, working overseas before returning to Perth to take a position with Central Lending Solutions.
Outside of work, Keeley is an avid Eagles Supporter and loves to spend his free time on the golf course or travelling and camping along the West Australian coast. Recently he has taken up triathalons and has competed in a few events in Perth.
