Why was Central Lending Solutions founded?
Central Lending Solutions opened its doors in Osborne Park in 2015, built by directors who had already spent a decade in finance since 2005. The aim was simple. Give Perth borrowers a broker who answers the phone, knows their name, and stays with them past settlement.
A decade on, the team has settled more than $1.2 billion in home, investment and construction loans for Perth families. Dave Phelan alone has settled over $700 million and made Australia's Top 100 Mortgage Brokers three years running. Harj Dhillon has settled more than $500 million.
