We had the pleasure of working with Harj and his team recently. We were referred to Harj after dealing with another broker who did not have the capability to deal with complex investment loans and time was running out for us to sign off on a deal. Once we started working with Harj, it took him far less time (with the same amount of paperwork) than the previous broker to provide us the solutions we needed. Harj and his team handled our application in a very professional manner and made sure that the loans were setup correctly to avoid the need to make major changes at later stages. What stood out for us was the lack of stress and timely communication of important updates.We are now embarking on new projects and have returned to Harj due to his high level of knowledge and the excellent customer support he provided previously.
