Where do I start, I decided to set up my own business and things didn’t go to plan. After two years the bank tried to sell our family home and with the kids going to school just around the corner, we didn’t want to move. A friend introduced us to Dave Phelan. We sat down with him, laid it all on the table and he was able to restructure and refinance our loan so that we didn’t have to sell. I am now working FIFO on good money and the Mrs is happy. Happy wife, happy life!
